Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Since art & craft items are handmade and customized per order basis, the returns are only conditional basis. Sole return conditions are if item received is different then ordered or defective.
In condition if customer receives an incorrect or defective product they can return an item, customer is eligible for return within 24-48 hours after receiving of product. Please email customer service at connect[@]penmandecor[.]in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Product with Original Packaging, Bills, tags., then send readiness confirmation email. We will initiate the return process withing 2-3 days and pickup will be scheduled. After that our Shipping provider will contact you within 24-72 Hrs and pickup the item.
Timeline –
- Refund – Once the request feasible for refund, refund will be issued within 5-7 days. Banks may take more time to reflect that in your account.
- Exchange – For exchange products the replacement will be shipped within 48 hours of approval of exchange.
The following items can be returned or exchanged:
● Delivered product is different then ordered one.
● Delivered product is defective.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 2 days of placing the order. However,
cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers /
merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the
product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
